A licensed Arizona electrical contractor built around one kind of work
Soto Electrical Services was founded by Jesus Soto in November 2024, with a deliberately narrow scope: commercial and industrial electrical work in the Phoenix metro, done by a crew big enough to staff a real job.
ORG-01 The company
Started in 2024, focused since day one
The goal Jesus set when he registered the company was to build long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering reliable and efficient electrical solutions. That is a plain aim, and it turns out to require an unglamorous amount of discipline: showing up on the day, quoting what you can actually deliver, and leaving a site documented.
The company is young and does not pretend otherwise. What it has instead of decades is a defined scope, a licence that covers it, and ten electricians who work it full time rather than between residential calls.
Why commercial and industrial only
Residential and industrial electrical work reward completely different habits. One rewards speed and diagnosis in unfamiliar buildings. The other rewards planning, sequencing and knowing what not to touch. Trying to be good at both usually produces a crew that is average at each.
What that focus rules out
No panel swaps in houses, no service calls for homeowners, no remodels. Every job on the board is inside a commercial or industrial building, and saying so plainly saves everybody a phone call in both directions.
Who you deal with
The same crew that quotes the work does the work. Nothing is subbed out to a company you have not met, and the person who walked your site is on it when it runs.
ORG-02 The facts
Licensing, bonding and insurance
The company holds a CR-11 electrical licence under Arizona Registrar of Contractors number 355532, and is fully bonded and insured. That combination is what allows the crew onto commercial sites, industrial floors and controlled facilities.
Anyone can type a licence number onto a website. Ours is published so you can check it against the Registrar's own records before you hire us, and you should do that with every contractor you consider.
How we work with clients
- Quotes are written per project, from your drawings and a site walk
- Site walks generally take thirty minutes to two hours
- The crew travels to you; there is no shop or counter
- Hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm, Arizona time, all week
- Card, online payment and check are all accepted
ORG-03 Coverage
Based in Laveen, working the I-10
The crew operates out of Laveen and covers Phoenix, Tempe, Casa Grande, Eloy, Goodyear and the surrounding area. Most of that runs along the I-10, which is where Arizona's manufacturing and data center capacity has concentrated.
Being close to that corridor matters for the kind of work we do. Maintenance windows are short and they start late, and a crew that arrives from an hour away has already spent part of the window.
