Industrial overviewIND-C Facility upgrades
Buildings outgrow their power. Adding a line, a chiller or a bank of new equipment eventually runs into a service that was sized for a different business. We install the capacity that fixes it, in stages your operation can absorb.
IND-C1 Upgrade scopes
Three different problems get called a facility upgrade. Knowing which one you have changes the price, the schedule and the amount of downtime involved.
New equipment is coming, or the existing load has crept past what the building was designed for. That means service, switchgear or feeder work, and usually a conversation with the utility that has a lead time of its own. Start it early.
Panelboards and distribution equipment age out. Parts stop being available, and a failure turns into a long outage because nothing can be sourced. Planned replacement is dramatically cheaper than the emergency version.
Production moves, a bay gets repurposed, and the distribution is still feeding where things used to be. Reconfiguration is often paired with selective demolition to take the abandoned portion out properly.
Setting new gear is the visible part. The work around it is the sequence: temporary arrangements, the cutover window, and getting the building back on permanent power inside the time you were promised.
IND-C2 Planning
Everything before the cutover is preparation, and everything after it is cleanup. The plan for that one window is what you are actually buying.
We write it out: what comes down, in what order, what carries load in the meantime, how long the facility is dark, and what the fallback is if something on site is not what the drawings said.
What the building actually draws today, against what the existing service can carry.
New gear set, feeders pulled and terminated while the old system is still carrying the plant.
Scheduled against your production calendar and rehearsed on paper before anyone opens a breaker.
Old gear taken out cleanly, new schedules issued, circuits labelled to match reality.
