Who we are
A ten-person crew that does one kind of work
Soto Electrical Services was started by Jesus Soto in November 2024 and works commercial and industrial sites across the Phoenix metro. Tool installs, plant maintenance, facility upgrades, commercial construction and data center power. No residential.
That narrowness is the point. An electrician here spends their time getting genuinely good at plant and data center work instead of switching between four unrelated kinds of job in a week.
What the work actually looks like
Early starts and real scopes. The crew is on site from six in the morning, and a lot of the work happens inside a shutdown window that somebody negotiated weeks earlier and cannot move.
It rewards people who plan, who label what they install, and who say something when a drawing does not match the building in front of them.

A crew, not a rotating cast
Ten electricians who know each other. Work is staffed in house rather than subbed out to whoever is free that week.

Licensed and insured properly
CR-11 under Arizona ROC #355532, bonded and insured. The paperwork that gets a crew onto controlled sites is in order.
