Every project is priced individually. There is no rate card on this site because none of these scopes has a standard one, and a published number would either overcharge the simple jobs or underprice the hard ones.

What happens after you call

1. We read the scope

   If it is not work this crew should take, you hear that first rather than last.

2. We arrange a site walk

   Thirty minutes to two hours on site, depending on how large the project is.

3. You get it in writing

   Scope, price and schedule, so the change order conversation later is about actual changes.

If production has already stopped

Say so at the start of the call. Work that is holding up a running building gets looked at before anything on a normal schedule, and we will tell you on that first call whether a crew can get to you.
