From the panel to the machine base

Industrial equipment installation is a coordination job that happens to involve wire. The tool arrives on a date somebody else set, the rigger needs the pad clear, the mechanical trades want their connections first, and the electrical has to be finished last but planned first.

Our part of that sequence covers:

  • Reading the equipment's electrical requirements against the available service
  • Feeder and conduit routing from the source panel to the tool location
  • Setting disconnects, starters and any local control the tool needs
  • Flexible connection at the machine base, made up to the manufacturer's specification
  • Verification, labelling and a documented turnover

Capacity gets checked before anything gets ordered

The most common way a tool install goes wrong is that the building cannot actually feed it. We check that first. If your service is short, that becomes a facility upgrade conversation before it becomes an installation delay.

How we stage an installation

The order matters more than the speed. A tool install that finishes two days early but trips on startup has not finished at all.

  1. Requirements review

    Equipment cut sheets against your existing distribution, before the delivery date is locked.

  2. Rough-in ahead of arrival

    Conduit, feeder and disconnect set while the pad is still clear and access is easy.

  3. Final connection

    Made up after the riggers and mechanical trades are clear of the machine.

  4. Test and turn over

    Rotation, voltage and controls verified, labels applied, documentation handed to your team.
