When you submit the quote form we collect the name, company, phone number, email address, site location and project description you type into it. When you call, we keep the number you called from and notes about what you asked for. We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out work you engage us for. We also keep records of jobs we have quoted and completed, because a contractor is expected to be able to produce them.

How we contact you

If you give us a phone number we may call or text you about your project. If you give us an email address we may email you about it. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, depending on your carrier and plan.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to a message or calling (623) 320-7382, and we will act on that without argument.

Who else sees it

The people who need it to do the work. That means our own crew, and service providers who operate the systems this business runs on such as our website host and our client management platform. Those providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they might still turn into one, and then removed. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax, licensing, insurance and warranty purposes.

This website is a set of static pages. It does not set advertising cookies and it does not track you across other websites. If we add analytics later, this notice will be updated to say so before it goes live.
